PROPERTY ACQUISITION

We look for properties of all sorts with motivated sellers. Our idea sellers are generally looking to sell due to relocations, probate, tax complications, etc.

We contract properties for direct sale to cash buyers and Realtors.
We often buy existing properties directly from the homeowner in established neighborhoods and rehab the property.
We work with commercial portfolios.

DESIGN

When we rehab a home we look to construct practical and elegant designs that last a lifetime.

For property construction, we licensed contractors to collaborate on creating the perfect home.
When we rehab a home, we do all the design in house, with our designers in collaboration with contractors.
We vision each project with the future in mind, so these structures can stand for a millennium.

CONSTRUCTION

We use a system that promotes efficiency and reliability in build quality and project deadlines by working with motivated contractors.

When it comes to the construction, we oversee each project end-to-end.
All work is performed by our team of sub-contractors and managed by our in-house construction manager.
Overseeing each project so closely allows us to ensure the quality in which projects are constructed.

EXIT STRATEGY

Once we contract a property or finish a rehab we take the proper steps to expedite the property to the open market.

We exclusively handle the resale of our home projects through Realtors.
On buy and hold properties we can cash out refinance for returns.
We also work with cash buyers with diverse backgrounds.
